Viva Las Vegas

Hello from Vegas. We just finished up a conference for all of our General Managers at The Mirage in Las Vegas, NV. It was a great conference and I think the managers really got a lot out of it. It was inspiring and we heard some great information that should help our managers go back and run great restaurants which is pretty exciting. The Mirage is a big place and it's your typical Vegas hotel; loud and crazy with half naked people running around. I'm not a Vegas guy so this was pretty crazy for me.

The Chipotle logo in this post is actually a graphic being projected on the floor but when you walk over it there is a ripple like you're walking through water but it's really a mirage. Clever; a mirage in The Mirage.
