Evernote

Evernote. Wow, is this application awesome. You can remember pretty much anything through a number of ways. You can do a web clipping which clips screen shots or entire web pages into Evernote so you can search and access it later from the internet, phone, etc. You can search by word and it even reads text in pictures and hand written text. The App is free for the iPhone at the App Store and you can also download the software for your PC or Mac; preferably Mac of course. Anyway, this is great stuff. I've used it a lot for work already and it's really helped me stay on top of stuff.
